The Cedars of Marin has an annual operating budget of approximately $7.4 million of which $6.45 million is derived from state, federal, and other private sources. As a result, approximately $945,000 must be raised annually from individuals, corporations, and foundations in order for the Cedars to maintain its significant “margin of excellence.” That amount averages $525 a month for each of Cedars 150 clients.
